We’re fundraising to provide Joseph “Patch” Truitt, a valued member of the Burlington, IA community, armed forces veteran, with a permanent, safe living space before winter. Patch’s current housing is unsafe and inadequate for the coming season, and he needs a stable home to regain health, safety, and independence. The current condition of his home is beyond repair, with the additional worry of mold growth. This campaign is led by Brandon Wilson and Jesse Forquer on behalf of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, BJL Fundraising, in Southeast Iowa.
