Good morning. I am at my wits' end and reaching out for help for my husband, who is only 66 years old. He was recently diagnosed with ALS & Chronic Lyme Disease, but his journey has been filled with uncertainty and fear. We still do not have clear answers. His health has declined rapidly—he has lost over 40 pounds, struggles with muscle loss, balance issues, difficulty speaking and swallowing, and experiences constant muscle twitching and brain fog. He has aged twenty years in just ten months, and it breaks my heart to see him suffer so much.
