On March 5th of 2021, I was kicked out of my own home with a false PFA by my husband of 27 years. He blindsided me, but not before he let me go to the grocery store to get 100 lbs of dog food and food for the house. The cupboards were stocked the night before I was removed, with food. He knew they were coming the next morning! He left at 8am on March 5th without a word. At 8:25 AM I was served with divorce papers. That was fine. At 9:15 AM, two sheriffs pulled up and served me a PFA. I had 25 minutes to get what I needed from my home of 27 years and get out. I could not take my dogs nor could I go to ANY property I owned because he owned it also. I did not touch him, threaten him, or harm him nor do anything he is claiming on the PFA. I was kicked to the street per se.
The PFA was denied, but I still had to move. I got to live in the house I own, the one in the pictures actually. He has all 6 of my dogs AND 2 puppies they had, which he never took care of nor cared about until this happened. He has EVERYTHING I own and WILL NOT give me any of MY stuff that is mine personally. I have no idea why he is doing this...
Almost 27 years living with and loving this person and I get this? He did me so wrong for everything I have provided for him. I need the universe's help to win my divorce to this person. I will not call him a man because he is no longer that in my eyes or heart. I have only had 2 years off of any job within the last 27 years. While I was working, he was having affairs with prostitutes and heroin addicts.
The day before Christmas Eve I had to put our old dog down. I got out of the vet's office and had a flat, which he proceeded to get mad at me for not wanting to change the tire at 10PM at night while the deceased dog was in my car. He drove away and never came back, yet he called our daughter crying and said he missed the dog so much. He just left her and me there without a way to get home!

Like I said, he will not let me get any of my stuff. His response is to go through the laywers. He has all of our rent money that we collected. He has more income than needed while I am on a fixed income and struggling. In other words, he has enough for a laywer to fight this and I do not. It is all about the money for him, something which I did not have enough of in his eyes. I have been trying my damndest to get a totally empty, disgusting and broken down house to a liveable state, let alone trying to raise money to get a laywer to fight him. Most of which was in this house that was broken, he destroyed. He broke holes into the walls (in pictures) all over the place with a shovel, he purposely broke the shower/tub so that there was no water. He spray painted obscenities just to taunt me and degrade me on the walls of the house I'm living in now. He purposely let me buy food. He purposely did all of this for no good reason. So, of course, he probably is happy I am living this way right now.
I will reiterate my side again that I did not touch nor harm him or his property on ANY occaision and I just wanted to end the relationship in the right manner, which I have been trying to do over 2 years now. This was his response. He is a liar, manipulator, narcissistic, and a controller, and he will do anything to make someone believe him. Please say a prayer I can beat this person whom I was married to, because all I ever did was love him and try to build an empire with him. He did me, my daughter, and my dogs all dirty. I do not know how he can look in the mirror, let alone sleep at night.

If not for me, do it for the animals that are currently with him being held hostage. Who knows if they are being loved the way I loved them. The one in the picture is one that had gotten loose and came back to me. This is all I know about this one, let alone the rest of the dogs with him.
