Help me build Fastest RC Plane!!!

Even $10 gets me closer to flying this aircraft — and breaking a world record!

Hello my name is Ivan!

I am freshman at Caltech on a full ride scholarship. I am trying to build the the fastest radio-controlled airplane!

I estimate that I need $18,000 to complete the project. But I can still make significant progress with even less money.

$1500 → would allow me to buy high density foam for the mold and machine it on 5-axis CNC! I could already start making parts using autoclave on campus!

$3200 → allows me to buy an engine. I’m building my own custom turbojet with an afterburner, but it would be too risky to test an unproven airframe and engine at the same time.
