Help a Devoted Grandfather Recover from explosion

This is Mike. He is a hero!!!

On Wednesday him and his coworker were involved in a horrific explosion that resulted in them both being airlifted to harborview hospital to be treated in the burn unit. After the explosion, burned and all, they heroically rescued potentially hundreds more as Mike shut off all pipes to avoid further explosions and the other man ran inside to evacuate their coworkers.

I have started a gofundme for Mike and his wife. His medical bills will get taken care of, obviously, but they could really use a little financial support during this time as he continues to heal.  I posted about this the other day with very little details trying to keep privacy for the family, but thanks to the great medical staff and his stubbornness to get out and go home because “he is fine” he was able to come home today. Mike is a US Navy vet, and his wife has been kicking cancers a$$
