Haight School and Renaming Legacy Display

The Haight School and Renaming Legacy Committee (HSRLC) is fundraising to create a permanent exhibition in Love Elementary to showcase the school's history and renaming process, which was initiated in 2017 to raise awareness about racism. The display will tell the story of Haight School and Love Elementary and provide past, current, and future students, staff, and families with a framework for understanding why and how the school was renamed, focusing on student voice and involvement.

With your help, we can ensure that our school's history and the civic-engagement process behind the renaming are acknowledged and celebrated. Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated and will make a difference in getting the funds we need. (Note: The exact items are still being decided upon.)
