I maj 2025 förlorade min svägerska Petra sina föräldrar, Lena och Anders, som mördades brutalt i sitt hem i Klippan av en för dem helt okänd person. Samtidigt förlorade mina syskonbarn sin mormor och morfar: sina trygga punkter och en självklar del av deras liv.

Som svägerska, syster och moster vill jag inget hellre än att ta bort deras smärta. Det kan jag inte. Men den här insamlingen är mitt sätt att göra något och att visa att de inte står ensamma. Min förhoppning är att bidragen kan ge ett ekonomiskt andrum, täcka en del av de kostnader som uppstått till direkt följd av dödsfallen och underlätta vardagen i en fortfarande mycket svår tid.

Insamlingen sker med familjens vetskap och godkännande, och alla pengar går oavkortat till dem.

In May 2025, my sister-in-law Petra lost her parents, Lena and Anders, who were brutally murdered in their home in Klippan by a person completely unknown to them. At the same time, my nieces and nephew lost their grandmother and grandfather: their safe space and an integral part of their everyday lives.

As a sister-in-law, sister and aunt, there is nothing I wish more than to take away their pain. I cannot. But this fundraiser is my way of doing something and showing them that they are not alone. My hope is that the contributions will provide some financial breathing space, cover part of the costs that have arisen as a direct result of the deaths, and make everyday life a little easier during a time that is still extremely difficult.

The fundraiser is organised with the family’s knowledge and approval, and all funds will go entirely to them.
