dream wedding before i die of incurable cancer

Hello my name is Angela, I'm 49 and I have an incurable Stage 4 cancer called Leiomyosarcoma and would love to marry my partner of 10 years, Tom, before its to late.
My health has been on a decline for the past 13 years when I found out I had a Hiatus hernia, then before the operation to fix that I developed a DVT, which was my 5th one and it was then discovered I had Thrombophillia, shortly after that I was diagnosed as having Cervical spondylosis as well.
We had been trying to save for our big day for years and managed to save a little but then I fell ill in early 2018. After many trips to the doctor I was told I just had bad constipation and wind, October came around and I was rushed to hospital in major pain and after being examined was told i need an urgent scan. This is where a scan found a 6in by 6in mass in my bowl area . I was sent to see a bowl specialist who sent me for more scans and after this was sent for a biopsy. Weeks later after being messed around due to rescheduled appointment, I had the biopsy and a few nervous weeks pass and I get a phone call asking if I would like my results over the phone. Well I automatically thought 'Oh results over the phone it must be good news !! well you can imagine my reaction when I'm told 'Miss Stones you have a very rare cancer and there is No cure all we can do is try to make you live as long as possible.'
I was sent to The Royal Marsden hospital in Chelsea London for treatment and was told they would remove the tumor and before this I would need an up to date scan. I had this but within hrs of the scan a Dr came to see me, We can no longer operate on you Miss Stones the cancer is Stage 4 and had spread to my liver already ....No one can say exactly how long I have, Chemo hasn't made much difference in the size of the tumor, it's now 6in by 7in, and I'm told I have maybe between 1 to 5 yrs if I'm lucky.
My wonderful partner has had to give up work to care for me as I am severely limited in many day to day activities and energy levels are small so I sleep a lot and rely on him for everything.
Please if you can help me with my dream of a lovely wedding and honeymoon before I die, It would be the best thing I could wish for at the moment, a chance to celebrate with my wonderful family (who are scattered over Scotland and other parts of the UK) and my 2 wonderfull twin grandchildren friends where we can all get together and be happy and celebrate the good times instead of dwelling on what is inevitably going to happen sooner or later .
as an afterthought and being a huge Walking dead fan having a personal video message from Norman Reedus would be the icing on the wedding cake ! So if anyone has contacts and could organise this i would be so happy.
