Jeepers!!! Robin

My name is Rachael Addy and i am the Activities Coordinator at Deangate Care Home in Mapplewell, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

For some, this may not come as a surprise that i will be once again stepping out of my comfort zone to raise money for our residents that reside at Deangate. But this year we will be donating a proportion to BIADS Barnsley.

However, this year its going to be a little different as i am not just doing one challenge i am doing 3!

1. Climbing over the 02 in London

2. Bungee jumping off a bridge in Whitby

3. Abseiling down Liverpool FC

I will be facing these challenges throughout June so keep your eyes peeled for regular updates and videos!

My aim is to raise enough to enable us to have more trips out, more entertainment in, sensory packs for those residents that are at a latter stage in their dementia journey and much more.

Please dig deep to help raise as much money as possible for our residents and service users of BIADS Barnsley, which is an Alzheimer's charity based in Barnsley. The money raised could make a massive difference on their day to day lives.

Well it would make sense that i have been superwoman to jump out of a plane so according to my 4 year old batman climbs walls and jumps off buildings.
