Dear Friends,
On March 16th Governor Kate Brown ordered all restaurants in Oregon to close their dining rooms, with the option of offering a take-out only service model in order to comply with social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a result, we were forced to lay off all of our amazing, hard-working kitchen and dining room staff. A number of these good-hearted souls have been with us for years. We are hoping to ease their economic burden by raising some money to help them get through this tough time.
For all the warmth, smiles, kind service and good food you've ever received from them, please consider donating. Anything is appreciated—even $5, $10 helps!
Paolo and I are working hard to keep Burrasca afloat so that these fine people all have jobs to come back to. But with all the uncertainty of these trying times, we don’t know whether that will be weeks or months—so anything you can do will help.
