Our family is facing a heartbreaking child protection crisis involving our two young girls we love dearly.

For over a year, their mother has fought tirelessly to protect her daughters after serious allegations of abuse were disclosed. Throughout the legal process, extensive evidence, professional testimony, agency findings, therapy reports, and child welfare concerns have been presented regarding the children's safety and well-being.

Despite these concerns, the children were removed from the safe, stable home they had shared with their mother and extended family and placed back into their father's custody. This decision has devastated our family and left us deeply concerned for the children's safety.

We are launching this fundraiser to support advocacy efforts and legal expenses.

This fight is about more than one case. It is about ensuring that children's voices are heard, that allegations of abuse receive proper consideration, and that systems designed to protect vulnerable children are held accountable when concerns are raised.

Florida's Greyson's Law was created to help ensure that evidence of abuse is thoroughly considered in custody decisions. We believe stronger awareness, oversight, and enforcement are necessary to better protect children and prevent other families from experiencing similar situations.
