Brian McCarthy Memorial Fund supporting his family

This GoFundme is being established by Kathy McCarthy, as a memorial to my brother-in-law, Brian McCarthy.  

Brian lost his fight with cancer on March 10 at a much-too early age with many of his goals and ambitions left unaccomplished.  He leaves behind his wife Kai and 10-year old son Patrick.  All of your donations will go directly to support Kai & Patrick to diminish the burden of medical bills from the last 4 months Brian spent in the hospital and providing for family support and Patrick’s education.  Thank you for your support and generosity!!

A two time cancer survivor, he fought this pervasive disease until the end. A Leukemia Research Scientist turned high school teacher, Brian had a passion for chess, his students,  and his family.
