Ash Corby Road to Recovery

Donation protected
It breaks our hearts to share such tough news with you all during such a happy time of year. Last week, our little superstar Ash Corby had an accident playing on a jumping pillow whilst camping out at Windermere Dam.

Ash has been super strong and in good spirits through this situation, and she looks on the diagnosis that would upset many others with positivity as she understands things could be worse. She has broken her C7 in her neck and has damaged ligaments in her neck and shoulder. Ash has undergone surgery to remove floating bone fragments that are pressing on nerves. She is currently at RPA hospital awaiting to be released to come home.

As a result, Ash has had to withdraw from her spot at the Australian CrossFit Championships at the Gold Coast later in January.

The support of our community is what helps us all get through the tough times and setbacks, so please donate big or small every bit counts as Ash will be off work for at least six weeks.

Huge shoutout to her awesome parents Brett and Debbie and partner Kerry who have been her rocks over the past weeks and will continue to be by her side.

We know Ash has the strength to overcome this and we wish her a speedy and full recovery, with love from us all at CF2795/Believe Bootcamps.
