Stephanie Oden Quality of life

So my wife did not have insurance and July 4th we noticed she was not feeling well and not looking good .. by the time my wife said let's go to the ER her liver was so infected it spread to her gallbladder and pancreas. Her liver could not process all the toxins in her blood which resulted in the toxins damaging her nerves in her legs and hands. So now she has no feeling in her legs below the knees and can't walk, she also has numbness and loss of muscle in her hands which means she can't use her hands for basic things like brushing hair picking up anything heavier than 1lb. I am drowning in medical bills which im doing my best to handle with no insurance from the first 2 hospital visits. The 3rd and 4th have a minor insurance that only offers discounts from our bills. What im really worried about is the quality of life for my wife while im at work. I work 10 to 12 hours 6 days a week and i would like my wife to have some sense of independance with a service dog. My wife is so afraid that she will need someone to be by her side while im at work as she cant grasp objects very well and is not very mobile. I think this would give her that sense of being independent and would also help a lot with her depression. I have been in contact with a few service dog trainers and a 1 year old trained dog can run 10-12k and a 2 year old dog with more training can be 20-25k. If you have any contacts that can help me find a trainer that is willing to work with us I would appreciate any help. Sorry for rambling our life just got flipped upside down and I hate asking for help i just feel like im spinning in circles on how to help my wife with this news...
