Yevgeny, my friend and an incredibly talented actor who we all saw in the famous "Ottepel" TV series urgently needs OUR help.
He has suffered a horrific accident while on tour with his theater in Israel leading to a painfully broken back. He underwent urgent life saving surgery, but has not regained mobility in his legs, at this time leaving only his arms mobile. Although there is hope he may make a full recovery, with proper rehabilitative care, the medical costs will be astronomical, and he will be unable to afford them. His medical bills will reach upwards of $120,000.
Yevgeny Volotsky is an actor in Moscow's Young Spectator Theater of Henrietta Yanovskaya and Kama Ginkas. Not only is he my friend, but more importantly a friend of Nastya Grigorieva who I have worked with for the last 3.5 years as an artist and set designer for Arlekin Players Theatre. I have seen Nastya and Evgeny together in Moscow this April, and can only imagine the devastation felt.
Please help this incredibly talented individual who is in need of our support to recover and lead a normal life again.
