Help Jackie conquer Alopecia!

Hello beloved friends and family. 

My name is Jackie Nguyen. I am 25, an actor living in New York City, and I have Alopecia Areata, causing me to lose all of my hair.



For the first time, I am completely transparent with my on-going battle with depression and it's recent toll on my physicality. About 6.5 million people are affected by Alopecia, and I am one of them.

So many of my friends has asked me what they can do to support me through this time. Hugs, prayers, hat donations, coffee dates, and plain ol' "THAT SUCKS" has truly gotten me to keep my chin up day in and day out. I now find myself reaching out in a very vulnerable and humble position: I need financial support.

What I'm raising money for:

-- A very hefty hospital bill 

-- vitamins and medical shampoo

-- A customized wig for Audition season (up to $3000/wig)

-- A BIG donation towards National Alopecia Areata Foundation!! Every donation made, I give a % of it to NAAF!

Any donation of any amount is unbelievably appreciated. I don't have a deadline, or a concrete monetary goal. I'm just seeking any help that will make my financial load a little lighter and seemingly "easier" to handle.

This change has come so abruptly, therefore I am quickly trying to figure out how readjust my life style and do research on Wigs that will be the best fit for a new season of traveling, auditioning and dancing.
