My name is Arsen and I’m a three year old toddler.
I live with my Mom and Dad in a small town, Mukachevo, in Ukraine. My parents are honest and loving people but most of all I admire my mom. When you first lay eyes on her, you instantly fall in love. She is young and beautiful. She’s only 27. From her sweet smile and gentle eyes, you would never think this could happen to such a kind young woman. For three years she has been devoting each minute of her life to me. My dad Vasyl, an IT specialist, works hard to provide everything we need for our little family.
He is in love with my mom and that’s why he is in despair and doesn’t know how to help her. Today, my Dad and I ask for your help in supporting my mom, Yaroslava, on this long journey to recovery. Yaroslava was diagnosed with leukemia on September 16th Leukemia is a group of cancers that usually begins in the bone marrow and results in a high number of abnormal white blood cells. She needs urgent therapy in a clinic in the EU.
It is difficult to find the level of treatment that she needs in my country.
Her treatment will be long and difficult. The medical bills will be crippling for our family but we are determined to fight and help her. I can’t imagine my life without her. It is our hope through prayer, support and fundraising, we will be able to help my mom become healthy and happy again.
