need help with a vehicle

march 13th 2017 my mom passed away unexpectedly
she was the life, love, and joy of our household
the following summer my dad lost his mom and this past Autumn, his brother too
all of this has left a heavy emotional toll on us which isn't being helped by the numerous financial issues we keep having from the loss of my mom's income
my dad is a disabled former marine and while he does receive disability each month, it is used to pay the bills
now we have no usable vehicle, our truck failed inspection and was found to have a cracked/ split frame
it just seems as though everything started to fall apart after my mom passed away and while ive been trying to help the best it can, it never seems good enough
