Mage's Heartworm Cure

This here is Mage. He's our Level 2 (Age: 2) Black Terrier, and he's been afflicted by Heartworm, a very deadly disease. Mage is our Emotional Support K9 and a very dear member of our family. He's still in the early stages, and has the highest chance for survival of the treatment process right now, but the percentage only gets lower as time passes.
My wife and I have already dropped everything we had in our emergency funds, and then some, to try and pay for his treatment, and the majority of my money from my paycheck already goes towards his treatment. The medication alone was over $1600, and that doesn't cover the actual treatment procedures or boarding fees. We've already waited over a month now before we tried to initiate the treatments so he could take antibiotics to treat a minor lung condition that could get worse with the heartworm medication. His life depends on us, and we hope we can depend on you to help us keep him in our family for many more years to come.This is a lot to ask for, but this should cover Phase 1 and Phase 2 of his treatment. Hopefully he'll be cured after Phase 2.
We don't have much to offer donators. We can make and send felt plushies and decoden accessories for phones and such (clips, cases, etc), and my wife makes REALLY GOOD cakepops. We can overnight ship them to you in an insulated container to keep them cold. Also, rewards on the bottom for donators as well.
