Help Family Leave Abusive Home

My family (three adults, two of which are chronically ill, all three disabled) is being illegally evicted from our home, we are facing daily harrassment, and we have little to no money to move.
The harrassment began on August 22nd when our Male landlord came to our home, spit at my mother, and called her many colorful things. The harrassment continued via phone, day, and until the hours sometimes past 11:30pm.
Yesterday, September 9th, 2014, my parents were coming home from a doctors appointment. Upon their return, as they were walking into our home (we live in an attatched home), our Female landlord came out and began screaming obscenities towards my mother, both about her, my father, and myself. We are being illegally evicted through what is called a "self-serve eviction". We have been given false "legal" papers stating for us to vacated the premises. Since then, we have faced endless assaults. The most PG being the female landlord screaming 'GO BACK TO ITALY' towards my mother.
My father is in end stage reneal failure and relies on hemodialysis. My mother was injured in a work place assault. I am chronically ill with RA and other illnesses that leave me unable to work. Our family is hoping to move closer to our family, but we are lacking the funds.
Even donating a dollar can help us get away. We cannot afford a lawyer, but everything that has happened has been documented by myself and my mother.
Please help if you can. Please.
