Lakota 57 trip to U of Minnesota

The Lakota 57 kids have a great opportunity presented to them by the University of Minnesota to take a college tour of the campus, sit in on a few college classes and get a behind the scenes tour of the athletic facilities and meet student-athletes and coaches and watch a college soccer and football game the weekend of September 25th and 26th, 2015. The departure day is Thursday September 24th from the Rapid City area to Minneapolis and return date is Sunday September 27th.
The money raised is to go for lodging, transportation, meals and gas.
The Lakota 57 kids were assualted at a hockey game in Rapid City, SD (January 2015). These young kids earned this trip to Rapid City for their academic accomplishments but due to this assualt their trip and reward was cut short. The University of Minnesota has stepped up to finally give a re- reward for their academic success as this trip encompasses a positive interaction for the kids and their future.
