Kyle's Top Surgery

Hey everyone, I'm a gay transguy trying really hard to afford top surgery.
I've been on hormone treatment for 3 years, and pass as a male quite well most days.
However, I've reached a point where I can no longer bear the uncomfortable and painful substitute of wearing a binder (compression vest). I've developed health problems, all chest oriented, and really need some help. Plus, with the heat settling in, wearing a binder has become unbearable.
