Legal Fees to Make Maaco Pay

I have been restoring a 1986 Pontiac Fiero for going on 4 years, and it was finally time to get it painted. I originally had my car painted at MAACO for $2750.00 and they painted it the wrong color. When I took it back, they agreed to re-paint it. Then they said it would cost $350 for a color change, even though it was their fault to begin with. I went ahead and said to do it.
They had the car for almost 3 months, and it was left in their shop with the windows down, and no sun roof in the car. The car had a THICK layer of grinding material, and dust it it. During that 3 months they kept telling me what they would not do, and calling me a flat out liar many times about things I had done at MAACO the first time the car was in there. Luckily, I have hundreds of photo's and videos to back up everything that I had done.
If that was not bad enough, they then left my car out in the rain, witht he windows down, sunroof out of the car, and no front windshield. I have a video that anothe person in the plaza shared with me, of the car sitting like this in the pouring rain.
Most of the interior of the car was ruined. The new door panels, the floor mats, carpeting, and instrument cluster all shorted out.
On top of that, I have a list of 15 items that was to be done to the car, that only 5 of the 15 items was done. I have a copy of this list signed by the shop manager.
