Medical Bills and Moving

Hi All,
As some of you know and most don't, I've been having a lot of medical issues lately. In February, I rushed to the ER and needed to have my gall bladder removed. After the surgery, I developed very severe pneumonia, hypoxia, and pulmonary distress. I was entubated for a little over a week to be able to bring my body back up to breathe on it's own safely. I remained in the hospital another week after that. Since then, I have not been able to get much better and have been on supplemental oxygen as I'm still hypoxic sometimes and am starting several medications. I was out of work for 1.5 months which brought bills and I've spent the last 6 months in and out of doctor's offices, hospitals, and clinics getting procedures, tests, and check ups. All to these things have taken a toll on me mentally, physically and financially. I have outstanding hospital bills especially for recent procedures that are hundreds of dollars. I also need to move to a more accessible apartment. With my lung condition, I'm unable to take stairs daily. My apartment is down a steep hill and then I'm on the second floor. The stairs take a toll on me daily and are not helping with my progess. After my last procedure, my stairs were so trying to get up that I almost needed to go back to the hospital. As well, I'm unable to carry my oxygen machine with me in case of emergencies because it is too strenuous to carry up and down the steps (it's 25-30lbs) as my condition requires I do not pick up anything heavy or I could faint. I'm looking into moving to a walkup apartment in my same complex but will need to pay for movers, possible higher rent, and a possible $500 transfer fee. I need help with all of theses things.
Things have also gone from bad to worse. I had a few dollars saved to help but unfortunately, at the beginning of August, my mom had a severe stroke and was in ICU for weeks and is currently in rehab. I rushed home to Arkansas from Maryland that weekend to be with her which incurred hefty costs but of course needed to happen. When I returned, my car (which I did not drive to AR) needed over $2000+ of repairs and as I live an hour from my job, I had to get it done immediately.
I'm asking for assistance in helping me make ends meet. I'll need to move within the next couple months to avoid taxing my body any more as well as pay off some of these medical bills. I will be undergoing more tests and have several more appointments coming up this month alone so those bills will be added to the pot! Anything you can give will be appreciated and will go to helping me get back on my feet so I can get healthier and stronger.
