I'm Matt and I'm broke.
I study European Philosophy (MA), at the University of the West of England - specifically im reserching the relationship between Kierkegaard, and Schelling's works.
Last year my studies were a bit of a car-crash thanks to unmanaged/untreated anxiety disorders and unsupported dyslexia.
This year things look better; I'm now eligible for Disabled Students allowance and I'm getting support from a mental health care provider.
However, last year cost me a hell of a lot of money - I'm in thousands pounds in the hole of student debt overdrafts and unpaid bills that I can't pay off, pay the rent and/or eat. Sadly, a roof over your head and food in your belly are a prerequisite for studying, so if all this is is going to work out i need to find some alternative forms of income.
I'm proposing to share what i learn on the MA with the web in the form of a detailed weekly blog.
Please help me keep doing what i love and a roof over my head.
