My name is Martika, I've made this page to try and help ensure a better future for my two younger brothers, Lavon(8) and Kailen(5), and also to help out my mom.
My mom and brothers have lived in the same tiny one bedroom basement apartment for 5 years, and during these 5 years my mom and been getting progressively sicker. Among other things, such as, severe depression, she has something called Cervical Spinal Stenosis, which causes her constant pain, to the point where its hard for her to do normal tasks. She has state insurance, so she isn't able to get the best care, and she works 5 days a week, in a daycare, exerting herself to exhaustion, and not making enough to get by, let alone afford to spend time on herself to de-stress, and heal.
My mother has become hopeless, and i'm afraid that without help, i will lose her, and become the sole provider for my two younger brothers, im 23 and this is all so much for me.
The money that you donate will go to helping to feed my mom a very nutrient rich diet so that she can have more energy, feel better, and be able to start to heal physically and emotionally, and to also help get her a two bedroom apartment, with money for rent, so that she can take time off to rest, and so that my brothers can start to have some sense of normalcy and contentment.
Anything helps, and every bit counts.
