Phone/family help fund

I need a temporary phone since my phone is currently off and I'm not the one in charge of the phone bills. My mom's phone bill ran out recently and I don't know when she is going to pay it. She has poor money management skills as well as four children including me. We also don't have very much money for other things around our house, such as internet and I'm not even sure about the other bills. My mother also takes money from my brother and me, because we are the oldest out of her children. It is hard for our to get on her feet with her taking our money for bills, but she doesn't always spend it on what she says she is. She recently went on a camping trip with my brother's money, when we have no phones.

I'm currently looking for a job and have no way of knowing if they want to take an appointment for me. I will also need money for a bus fair to get places if necessary. I currently have no money to do anything. Any money will go towards a phone and extra will go towards bus fair/helping my siblings. Thank you for any of your support, it is greatly appreciated!
