1000+ Letters for Nigeria
Donation protected
Over the next year I will be writing three letters a day (over 1000 letters) to public figures about the Ekklesiyar Yan'uwa a Nigeria (EYN), the Church of the Brethren in Nigeria.
The EYN is an inspiring group of people who are doing a lot of good in a situation filled with a lot of bad. Remember #bringourgirlsback? About 3/4 of those girls belong to the EYN, and that's just the beginning of their suffering. Despite this, the EYN has remained steadfast in their commitment to seeking out a nonviolent solution and restoring their community in a way that reflects Jesus' teaching and love.
These people fill me with hope, so I'm not going to stop talking about them until people listen.

Sending over 1000 letters in a year costs far more than my feeble college-student budget can withstand. I estimate the costs to be as much as $700 in stamps (domestic and foreign), envelopes, and incidental expenses such as printing. Any funds left over after the campaign will be donated to the EYN compassion fund.
How else can I help?
Send non-monetary donations (stamps and envelopes) or just mail (I like mail) to:
