Give Sugar Bear a 2nd Chance

Sugar Bear, who's been really down on her luck since her rescue in November. She's been through so much in such a short time and to only be 2 years old.  After being rescued from a drug house, with all her pads on all 4 paws completely bitten off due to a terrible infection gone untreated, to having to have them cleaned and re-wrapped several times a day for a couple of weeks, to having a false pregnancy, to testing negative for heartworms(so we thought), to having a terrible urinary tract infection which took weeks to treat, to now having a large mass removed from her abdomen...which took the vet over 5 hours to remove completely, to now testing positive for heartworms after having been on monthly heartworm prevention since her rescue....this girl still smiles.

Sugar Bear still has the best attitude and is a very happy girl in spite of this. The biopsy results are inconclusive, so it's been sent off to another lab to determine what the mass is exactly. Our balance at the vet is $3,000 and we're desperate to raise donations.


Anything is appreciated, big or small....we are grateful.

What Happens if this Fundraiser Exceeds 100%?
Every little bit helps.  I hope going past 100% is a problem that will happen.  All of the money will go towards the care of and rescue of Sugar Bear and then other dogs that need to be rescued if we go over 100%.

The amount of time, patience, money, and work that we do, is worth it to see a smile on these precious animals faces and that they live out long lives in a good home.
