Hello, I am Maria Leal from Guatemala. CEO and co-founder of a new startup Zynn.
Our startup focuses in interconencted devices and big data analysis services for businesses. We already have some traction in local market. Besides making big business, we will be promoting for women and public schools to be taught programing.

The GOOD news:
Startup Istanbul has invited us to pitch this September 29 infront of Dave McClure of 500 Startups, Microsoft, Google, Twitter, SAP and other big names. It is a HUGE opportunity to accelerate our startup.
The BAD news:
The flight from Guatemal to Istanbul is somewhere between 24 to 37 hours, it is far away. But the real problem is the cost of the trip, it can be $1800 to $2500 per person!
We already have covered the expenses, except for the air fare and our budget, it's currently dedicated to business -- we cannot use it to buy the airplan tickets. But we should not lose this big opportunity to get investment or at least to get a reputation.

Why $5000?
We are estimating we will get enough funding really close the the flying date, where tickets are at it highest reasonable cost: $2500 x2. We also most account for 7.9% of GoFundMe fees.
If we surpass our costs, we will reinvest into the community.
Why a Miami, FL zip code?
Our friend's bank account is located in Miami, he would receive the money and transfer it to us in Guatemala.

ABOUT CO-FOUNDERS...
Maria Leal:
At age of 15, Maria had her first job at a clothes factory. Few years later, she opens her own small business which provided her with the income to pay university to study Marketing and International Commerce. Her business grows to become provider for Walmart. Today handles Zynn business relations and sales operations. She created for Zynn a 100K opportunity in first 6 months of operation for 2014, and lead of 500K for 2015.

Javier Ogarrio:
Javier started as a software developer at 13. At 18 got hired as software consultant in Stockholm, Sweden, right after high school in Guatemala. Came back to his hometown to study university but dropped out. Shortly after got recruited in Microsoft as a Technical Evangelist, then Nokia as Technical Strategist for B2B. His focus is mobile and cloud development. Today, he directs the technology strategy for Zynn and created the platform. Currently studying a “Data Scientists” specialization.
