Get Us Back On Our Feet!
Hi all! If you're visiting this you probably know of all the issues I've been having as of late. I work full time on my websites - and the people who process the credit cards wich pay my workers as well as my own bills have -not- been keeping up their end of the deal. Their name is Zombaio.
Not only has Zombaio not paid on time, they've left me waiting litterally months at a time waiting on payments that ranged between [phone redacted]$. For. Months. Considering I have others I have to pay for these websites AND bills - you can imagine the rough spot this has been putting me in.
I thought my nightmare with them was over when they finally caught up on their last near 3000$ worth of late payments be sent to me.
Oh. How wrong I was.
I spent the first day paying off all of those I owed for their hard work on my site.
I spent the second day making this. Why you say? Because when I went to pay my -own- bills, my card was declined. Strange, as I should have still had about 1000-1500 on my card. When I went to inspect why my card was declined, I saw that Zombaio decided to randomly take over 2000$ off of my card through them.
No explanations. No emails. No warnings. Just boom - they took my hard earned money away... AFTER a few months of them being behind on payments constantly.
So not only had I struggled since about February because of their inconsistant payments - now they are literally stealing from me.
I want out. I want a new processor who will not steal from me. Sadly, other processors require 1000$ upfront for Visa and Mastercard usage. Considering a vast majority of customers use either of these cards, I am in a rough spot. Now that I am in the negatives from Zombaio taking money from me without explanation, there is no way I can change over.
This is where gofundme comes in.
The first 1000$ is of course for getting onto a new processing company such as CCBill. I have heard good things about them and trust I wont have to deal with the hell that Zombaio has put me through the last year.
The remaining is to pay for my own bills (which Zombaio has now made impossible to pay-despite my having a full time job that should allow me to live comfortably), my workers while we make the change over to a new processor, and ect.
The entire goal is the exact amount Zombaio took out of my account without permission.
