Being exposed to art and nature is a necessity that may be achieved in many ways. arte_FIST.Foundation; previously known as fist_ART; is a non-profit organization that seeks to educate the understanding of contemporary art and its relationship with nature through site-specific Land Art public projects, which include ephemeral proposals, ecological activism, and remediation projects. Apart from artistic proposals, we also provide activities such as exhibitions, educational initiatives, publications, and conferences with artists and art professionals both local and international. All of your donations will go specifically to local artist, Jaime Rodríguez Crespo’s Hole in One Land Art project. Hole in One is based on the creation of a large scaled nest where one will be able to observe the gestation of, also large scaled, eggs and a golf ball. The project proposes to question the geometric complexity behind the construction of an animal’s nest by creating one that is perfectly square. This artwork will take part of arte_FIST’s project, Art in Golf Triennial 2015, were the art will be viewed within the golf courses of Dorado.
