Please help us, or we will lose our home. Our household income was significantly reduced by an employer paycut and increased living expenses as we help support grandchildren. To make ends meet we slowly fell farther and farther behind on our mortgage, and the bank is no longer working with us.
However, we have an opportunity to take advantage of a “Discount Payoff” with our lien holder. If we come up with $16,025.42 by Sept 15th, 2014 we will own our home free and clear, otherwise we will be forced on the street. The bank will not accept anything else, so there are no other options available to us at this point.
