Help Crystal enter Her Heart!

My Opportunity:

I first saw Mastin Kipp, Founder of Thedailylove.com (TDL)  on Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday a few years ago.  In January I saw a posting on TDL for the  “Enter The Heart Retreat” in Bali which is a personal growth retreat. It’s an opportunity to  “dive deep into who you are and align with your true nature.” After a lengthy application process and an interview, I have been selected as 1 of 30 people to attend this retreat.  I almost missed out on this opportunity, because I was afraid to do something ‘different’. The application sat in my inbox for 2 months, and then, two weeks ago, I opened my email to a message from “The Daily Hope” by Rick Warren. The title of the email was “You are shaped for a life mission”.  It said,  “What is your life mission? It’s your life’s work. It’s what God created you do on this planet. The body of your life work is your life mission.” This really spoke to my heart, and I decided that I would no longer have fear as roadblock to my destiny.

 My Journey:

In preparation for this journey, I went back and read through my journal. I realized I’d been praying the same prayer over and over again “God, help me to surrender to your will for my life”…. I need to get out of my own way.
I know that my life’s purpose is so MUCH bigger than where I am today.  I am happiest when I am giving myself away in service to others.  I believe that we all have the chance to make a difference in the life of someone else; I want my life’s work to reflect that. I want to help other people get “unstuck”, I want to give love and show compassion to the people that need it most.  Everyone doesn’t have “someone” (a mom, a dad, a friend) I want to let people know that they’re not alone. I’m not sure when humanity lost "connection",  we are no longer able to empathize with one another, and It breaks my heart... I want to change that. I want to start something that matters. I’m unsure on how to use my gifts to make a difference in the world. I believe this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I want to attend this retreat to help get me "unstuck”, to intently focus on me and discover all the source of my fear and learn to move past it so that I can be my best self, move into my destiny and to live MY MOST PURPOSEFUL LIFE.

My  “Challenge”:

Here’s where I need your support. I have $5,000 to put towards the trip and I need help with the balance and to pay for my airfare. 

My Promise to you:

I take this journey not only for myself, but for any one of you, feeling “stuck” and not fully living in your purpose. I promise so share with you what I learn.  I take this journey for my daughter, Nina, because when I tell her she can be ANYTHING in this world that she wants to be, she will grow up knowing that it is the ABSOLUTE truth, because she grew up watching her mama do it, every. single. day. She’s our future.

I promise to do the work, make you proud, and to leave this world a better place than I found it.
