Tommy Lazinski Memorial Path

Hello FUSF community!

As many of you may know, I am an avid Boy Scout and outdoor enthusiast. Progressing through the various Boy Scout ranks, I concluded that I wanted my Eagle Project to be permanent, meaningful, and helpful to an organization that is important to me.

Being raised for all 17 years of my life in the FUSF community, I decided that I wanted to give back to the organization that has given me so much, and develop an Eagle Project that benefits FUSF directly.

As an organization, we are blessed to have a beautiful memorial garden set back behind the meetinghouse. My Eagle Project involves creating a packed, crushed-stone pathway beginning at the concrete square in the corner of the parking lot, following the edge of the woods, and ending at the entrance to the garden.

After the path has been constructed, it will be easier for individuals to locate and reach the garden. The walkway will make it significantly easier for individuals with handicaps to experience the garden.

The path is meaningful both to me and to our community. This path is in memory of a beloved member, Tommy Lazinski, who passed away last year. There will be a professionally-constructed sign at the foot of the path in memory of Tommy.

I am asking for your help in completing this project. There are high costs involved—digging the path, renting equipment, and purchasing materials.

Please consider donating any amount you are able, so that we may reach our goal, and create a beautiful walkway that will last for generations!

Thank You,
