Jude's Lemonade Stand

Almost six year-old Jude wants to do a lemonade stand at the edge of our driveway. Plenty of kids do that, but what is notable here is Jude's plan that his earnings be given to Relay for Life, a fund-raiser for the American Cancer Society. Jude knows the impact of cancer already. His grandfather died of lung cancer at age 46 years before Jude was born. His grandmother is a breast cancer survivor. He's been an awesome nurse to his BRCA 1 positive mom after surgeries. Help him meet a goal to give what is to him a whopping amount of money to an organization with a mission to help people living with cancer, their caregivers, and those individuals at risk for cancer. We have a feeling we're living with a future community organizer on our hands. Get ready, world! Jude's going to be the change he wishes to see.
