Cloe Johnson Education and Support

Cloe is a 15 year old who recently lost her mom, Erin.  Erin was a single mom and was and was diagnosed with cancer about 5 years ago.  She went through treatement and was healthy for some time, but it was later discovered that her cancer was still present.  Throughout her illness Erin's top priority was Cloe - she continued to work right up until her death in order to support Cloe.
