For the last month I've been overseas racing. I didn't have internet most of the time during World Cups so here's an update on my progress so far. Your help has been greatly appreciated. I returned from World Cups with two gold medals! The Olympic trials are just around the corner and I have five weeks to prepare. None of this would be possible without your donations and encouragement. I am really excited about earning a spot on the Olympic team and representing the US in Sochi.
Back in the USA!! After a long trip for his Asia World Cups Chris is back with some hardware!! A gold and Silver in the mens relay! However, during the gold medal relay race chris was hit in the face with one of the rubber track markers (blocks) and it broke his nose. He now has to save enough money to pay for the procedure to allow him to get his nose fixed so he can breath through his nose. Chris is still cleared to train and compete in these next World Cups in Italy and Russia. Please keep sharing and thank you for your support.
After another long weekend, Chris finished 18th in the 1500m, 6th in the 500m and team USA is bringing home a SILVER to add to their GOLD from China!! It was a great couple of World Cups with alot of improvement and lessons learned. Now, for the long travel back to Utah to prepare for the next two world cups in November located in Torino, and Moscow!!! #teamcrev
please keep sharing chris is working his butt off to represent our country and to make his Olympic dream come true! Anything Helps, we appreciate everything you all do for him!!
GOLD!!!!!!! The mens relay team is bringing home a GOLD! When I talked to Chris on FaceTime, he told me all about the race. With 10 laps to go in the 5000m relay a block was kicked and it broke his nose. Chris pushed through to the finish. He said that this GOld is proof and support of the realities of an Olympics Medal!!! Come on guys share this link to help support the Olympic dream and help make everything possible for him!!!
Day two in Shanghai! Chris made it out of the 1000m pre prelims, and prelims. When he was in the heat in the last 1.5 laps chris unfortunately fell. So, he didn't make it out of his heat... The mens team including Chris , JR Celski, JH Krueger, and Jordan Malone. He will be racing tonight in the 1500m quarters. #TeamCrev
At about 4 am MST, Chris and team USA arrived in Shanghai, China. World cup 1 is one week away. He is ready for this new World Cup season and confident that he will get more results since he has one year of experience under his belt. Unfortunately, Chris still has to pay rent and eat while is China on limited funds. We want to thank everyone who has donated and I want to let you know that all your "perks" of donating will be on their way very soon. Please share this with all your friends Chris is one of the most hard working men I have ever seen and I know he will do everything in his power to make the Olympics team!
I will post his results and keep everyone updated as much as I can!

Now there are just four months before Olympic trials, and the Olympic Games in Sochi. Please keep up your encouragement and support!

Thanks everyone, I'm half way to my goal! This is a great relief to have everyone contributing to my goal. But the expenses are still mounting, since I need 4 pairs of blades for this season. Also medical expenses are getting bigger since I don't have insurance coverage. Lets keep it going to make it to my goal for the year!
