"Our beloved Dad, Chet Gibson was in a horrible motorcycle accident on Friday, May 13, 2016. He suffered extensive damage to his brain. He was in a self-induced coma, and was kept on life support for 10 days in the ICU without any sign of improvement. After careful consideration of the opinions of the doctors and after MUCH prayer, we decided as a family to release Dad to continue his big adventure on the other side. Dad passed peacefully on Monday, May 23rd, 2017 at 9:21 pm. We are absolutely heartbroken by the loss of this wonderful man who has impacted so many lives in such a profound way! We love you, Dad!"
