Hello to all family and friends,
Many of you have generously reached out with love and support in the past few days and we are deeply touched. Just a week ago we had no idea what the future would hold. Early this morning we were welcomed with open arms into MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston to begin my fight against Leukemia. This started with what we thought to be back pain from muscle spasms. After many Doctors' visits, tests and a long weekend at Our Lady of Lourdes in Lafayette, the Doctors' diagnosis is Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and recommended a transfer to MD Anderson. We plan on keeping everyone informed by using both the www.caringbridge.com/chadweaver site to show our progress during this fight to beat cancer along with Go Fund Me.
