Major surgery and absence from work

This is very hard to ask but I have no choice left. I have been having having some health issues lately and with co pays and now the doctor pulling me out of work , I am financially struggling as a single parent. With all the worry from my health finances are even harder burden to bear right now. I still have a lot of copays and a surgery coming up. If you can help in anyway in any amount I would be forever grateful so that I can focus soley on my health right now. Thank you so incredibly much!
