bounce2themoon.com has graciously donated their Mechanical Bull to be used as a fundraiser for Brad during the Clover Hill High School Irish Festival being held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the school. ALL funds donated will go directly to the Hughes family.
Please come and see for yourself how incredibly great Brad is doing! He will be in attendance from 1-4 pm, and looks forward to thanking folks who have provided assistance to their family.
The Prince Frederick Volunteer Rescue Squad Co 4 ( Calvert County Md ) made Brad an Injured Heros Quilt of Comfort ( made from donated patches ) and made a financial donation to Brad. Keep keeping on Brad!!!!
Brandywine Realty Trust would like to invite the community that has been touched by Brad's recent accident to join us in the Arboretum Business Park at noon on Monday, March 24th to record a "Thank You and Get Well Soon" video.
We will all be meeting in the lobby of the 300 Arboretum Place building just off Powhite Parkway at Midlothian Turnpike In Chesterfield County. We are striving to have a large crowd to show how many people are thinking of Brad.
It should only take about 10 minutes to pull off and will cost you nothing however we think it would mean a great deal to Brad. So gather your friends, neighbors and fellow employees and join us promptly on Monday at noon. We have plenty of parking available in the adjoining parking deck.
Of course we will share whatever is created with everyone.
Thanks for your support of this great man in his time of great need.

Director of Property Management

All, Brad continues to do well...doctors have said if all goes well he could be in prosthetics in 6-8 weeks!
The contributions are outpacing my expectations by far, as thus I have increased our goal! Others have also mentioned starting other fund raisers as well on Facebook, etc. We will also continue to update the media on these fundraising efforts as well. The family is very grateful for what everyone is contributing!! Please remember to "share" the website as well.
Brad had some follow-up surgery today to clean and close up his wounds - he remains in great spirits and sends his utmost appreciation for everything everyone is doing! NBC 12 News will also be updating their online story today to promote his family fund website here (so that's more good news!). Stay strong Brad!
Our office staff visited Brad yesterday (March 18th)....and he was in great spirits!
He said to us he was just trying to help! But not only was he in great spirits, he was positive about his recovery and even said "he would be the first student in our training class to shoot with no legs!"
The best thing about Brad, is his BIG heart! He always means well and cares for everyone no matter where he is.
Brad, we know you will stay strong, we all love you and are praying for your speedy recovery!
As many of you may be already aware, Brad was involved in an auto/weather related accident on March 17, 2014. With his very large heart, he had pulled over to assist a Police Officer whom was aiding another motorist during an ice storm. While he was preparing to assist, another vehicle had lost control and struck Brad pinning him between the two vehicles causing significant leg trama.
Although he lost both lower limbs, Brad is recovering today and his spirits are high... but he and his family will need a tremendous outpouring of prayers, love and support!
