Boys II Men Initiative - The Boys II Men Initiative is an initiative to inspire young men by engaging them with activities and surrounding them with positive male role models. I started the Boys II Men Initiative in Fort Deposit, AL nearly three years ago with only (3) three troubled young boys. Since 2012 the program has grown to over twenty. The overall objective is to demonstrate values of transitional change from young boys to young men by setting strong male Christian values. We operate on funding from myself and the three volunteer mentor's. At this juncture, we are dangerously in jeopardy to ending or turning around children that may turn to the streets.
More so, I find without malice a strong desire to ask your assistance to stand unified with me by donating to the "Boys 2 Men" initiative I started in 2012, a (non-profit 501c3 in process). As you are well aware, the NEED for strong positive role models vs. the lack thereof, has proven catastrophic. Our theme, "Building Blocks of Hope," is the inspiration as we work to instill hope into the students participating in the program. In a society filled with strife and hardship, we are blessed to have the opportunity to make a difference. Enclosed you will find literature that will fully explain the initiative, along with wonderful life changing programs that has proven fruitful in the past.

Goals

• Establish and grow the Boys 2 Men Initiative into a full-service Non-profit to change and inspire a generation to strive for Greatness through diligent work and moral character within the community.
Keys to Success
• Focus on creating a consistent stream of high-quality programs to assist those with/without understanding of God's Doctrine to productive Christians through works of faith.
• Solve problems with community involvement, social and economic budgets
• Ensure Community involvement in a timely manner, financials are managed effectively, marketing and promotional budgets are monitored, and develop successful growth strategies

Currently, the Boys 2 Men Initiative /Praise His Name.Org is in the pre-production phase of establishing the Ministry as a bona fide non-profit organization.
Boys 2 Men Initiative purpose is to create quality programs that can touch the youth and community while bring about positive changes.
