Car and license

The last few years have been one disaster after another for me. Car died, lost job, license lapsed (and that is the easy stuff). I can find work (20 yrs exp in computers) but have no way to get to interviews. I am willing to pay forward twice back what I am asking. I am single, have a 13 year old daughter, and just want to get life back after everything that has happened.

I don't get unemployment or welfare and am only able to survive right now because of the graces of some family members. Others have told me to get disability (yes, I have health issues) but I refuse to give up and be limited, I want to work and give my daughter more.

I need to get a copy of my birth certificate (about $25), a license (around $55 total and both that any my BC require me to find transportation which I don't have right now not to mention no money for gas for those who can give me a ride), money for a car (and plates, title), and also Insurance to drive.

Don't need a nice car, just something to get me to interviews and then work. It could be a Jed Clampett hooptie mobile for all I care, I need to get my life in order for my daugther and honestly, I am failing at doing it right now because I have no transportation.
