Each year, approximately 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters in the United States, and 2.7 million of those animals are euthanized: 7,397 animals a day, 308 an hour, and 5 every minute (aspca.org).
Bounce is registered 501(c)(3) (Tax EIN: 47-5045769), foster-based, volunteer-driven, private modern day animal rescue, with a staff combined 20 years of rescue experience. We have rescued over 8,000 animals from kill-shelters during the past seven years; dogs, cats, horses, and even hamsters. Bounce focuses on the well-being and adoption of unwanted dogs and cats through deep community relationships, technology, and grassroots fundraising. Bounce focuses on animals within the community; emphasizing proper nutrition, training, spay and neuter programs, and adoption.
Your donation will aid Bounce in accomplishing its mission to save as many animals we can from these high volume kill-shelters. Your donation would able Bounce to rescue more animals from kill-shelters during our shelter-sweeps. Often we drive to neighboring states, 15-36 hour journeys, in order to accomplish this mission, and we cannot rescue as many animals using our current personal vehicles.
