Bodi's Fight #bodiSTRONG

Thank You for taking the time to learn a little more about Bodi's Fight!  Below is a link to the family's caring bridge page where you can learn firsthand from Bodi's Mom (my sister) and Father about the fight that Bodi has recently begun.  I am Jennifer's oldest brother and I am trying to make it a little easier for those who want to help do just that.  My perspective on this terrible situation is unfortunately from a distance as I have not been able to visit Bodi because of colds that my family has been battling.  We obviously cannot be around Bodi as his White Blood Cell count pretty low from the 1st round of chemo.  Before I get too far ahead of myself, let me explain why this site exists.  On Monday March 30th, I received a call from my father that Jennifer had taken Bodi to the hospital while visiting our sister (Sarah) in California.  It was apparent in my father's voice that something was pretty wrong and serious.  As the hours slowly passed, and family member traveled out to be with Bodi and Jennifer, Bodi was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma.  It was determined that Bodi needed to get home to Cincinnati and  to Children's Hospital to begin his long term treatment.  Because of Bodi's condition, he needed a med flight back home and an ambulance transport to the hospital.  To date Bodi has been through his 1 round of chemo with many more to follow.  I cannot tell you how amazing both Bryan and Jennifer have been through the start of this long journey.  I can tell you it has been hard for me  to see the pictures come across facebook and iCloud and not be able to go be with my sister and her son.  Again, this is going to be a long battle and any help that you would be willing to give Bodi, Jennifer, and Bryan is greatly appreciated.  Thank you for joining in Bodi's Fight!
