Billboards Against the NJ Bear Hunt

Would you like to see this billboard in as many places possible in New Jersey? If so, would you please help us pay for them?
Since 2000, BEAR (Bear Education And Resource) has influenced three governors to stop the hunts. But this year, under Governor Christie, the state has added to the cruelty... by making the hunt longer and by adding bow and arrow. For the sake of our bears, we need to spread the word. But first we need your support. Can you please help?
Bowhunting is one of the cruelest ways to kill, with an extremely high wounding rate. Over half of the bears who are shot will never be found, and they will suffer for hours, days, or even weeks with arrows in them. And even cubs are not safe, because in New Jersey, trophy hunters also kill cubs for sport.
We promise you, that all of our volunteers are working hard for our bears. But we need you now. Please help give our bears a voice, by helping to pay for the billboards. The more people who know what is happening, the better chance we have of getting the hunt banned permanantly.
