Mariah Jerido (CEO/Author/Creator and Executive Producer of (Majestic Role Models With Flaws) has come together with others to launch an Empowerment Healing Project to demonstrate our commitment to help heal victims of all walks and pain accidents, abuse, and other disabilities.
We understand the frustrations and disappointments that go along with having a dream or goal but can’t fully reach it because of a disability or injury--That is why I teamed up with others because we know that support is needed in these difficult times. I have sustained injuries/health issues and know what it’s like to suffer from a disability and feel hopeless and depressed. I Decided to not let my disabilities defeat me by helping others and leaning on each other to continue to make a positive difference in the world.
We would like for you to join us as we make a difference in the lives of people from all walks of pain in life and disabled women and men with flaws. You will be supporting us as we raise funds for our first Empowerment Fashion Showcase. We want these women and now men to know that they are beautiful regardless of their injuries, health issues or flaws. We want them to know that they still have something to contribute to society regardless of their handicap and that they too can be a Role Model.
What will your Donation Cover?
We will start our video documented Empowerment Fashion Show with a series of mentoring and healing workshops that will prepare the women and men for their big fashion event. The women and men will receive professional mentoring, modeling instructions and counseling so that they can be equipped with the skills needed for their day of empowerment in the Fashion Showcase. They will also participate in group support sessions so that they will also know that they are not alone in their journey.
We also have activities planned that will teach the women endurance methods and how to stay motivated during painful and hard times. This Empowerment Project will be more than just a Fashion Show for these women and us as well. Our goal is to help heal other women and men that face difficult challenges in the world. Along with the mentoring, counseling, various activities, and operations cost, we need to provide travel, lodging, food and event location/setup for our program participants.
We also are working hard on other major promotions and networks on this amazing project.
