Hello! If you're reading this, then you may have been made familiar to our plight. And if not, let us fill you in.
In short, Eft and Frankie are trying to escape extremely abusive households. We're legal adults, and we have the capacity to take this on ourselves, too, but it's going to be exceedingly difficult without any money to help out. We need to get an apartment, furniture, computer repairs, a cell phone, some clothes, and other assorted items, without, hopefully, dipping too much into our meager nest egg.
There's also the complications of being pre-T and pre-surgery. We'd love to be able to transition, but even with donations it'll be likely we can't. However, it'd be great to be able to start T - a kickstarter of sorts - and once Frankie's able to get certified as an interpreter, then the ball will already be rolling.
We're going to be starting off completely from scratch in a big city, and while we'll hopefully be able to find jobs, until then, we won't have anything. We can afford a tiny amount of furniture and rent for maybe two months; as you can see, this is completely undesirable. We've considered egg donation, but our health has cut that option out.
Again, getting out of our homes is literally key to survival at this point. The abuse has escalated to the point where we'd be safer on the streets than at home.
We also have two game projects in mind, which is why education is necessary, for programming knowledge and to advance music making abilities.
