Barking Rat Media Startup

Story Time Everyone!
 
Hi guys, Logan and Anthony here!

In high school we always dreamed of having our own small media producing company. Like anyone else in our classes we wanted nothing more than to be like the giants of the internet. Rooster Teeth, Pewdiepie, Tobuscus, Smosh. You name it.

But of course graduation came and went and like many others I (Logan) found myself in the daily grind, working a job I hardly cared about. The days dragged on and on, eventually I determined that I was going to save up my hard earned money and start pursuing my dream. Unfortunately for me, shortly after this determination, I was laid off. Nevertheless I was determined to make my dreams a reality. Starting with approaching friends and family members asking for partnerships, support and the likes.

Meanwhile I (Anthony) left high school and went on into college. As I have been in school I kept looking back and wishing to be doing something more than this. I wanted to go back to high my school media classes, I wanted to let my imagination run free again. That was a time when the world was what I made it, and anything was possible. So naturally when Logan asked me if I was interested I jumped on the opportunity as soon as I could.

So that brings us here; asking  you, the reader to help us. Working minimum wage part time and going to school full time isn't going to pay for all the equipment we need. our goal with this gofundme campaign is to raise enough money to be able to buy a couple of microphones and a camera as well as a computer and software capable of editing videos to start producing a video podcast and live action shorts.  

In the meantime we will be using what equipment we can find to start doing audio podcasts on our YouTube channel. And don't forget to follow us on Twitter  for the latest updates!
